As part of the Family Health program area the role of Maternal and Child Health Nurse is to:
- Work as a member of a team of nurses and in collaboration with the Family
- Services Team provide a high quality, family-centred health care service that promotes and protects the health of families with children from birth to school in the municipality.
- Working in a model of service delivery that is committed to providing Continuity of Care to families for the first 12 months / 7 KAS visits.
- Work across all sites in COM as needed to provide backfill for planned and unplanned leave. A certain level of flexibility is desirable.
The Maternal and Child Health Nurse is expected to share the corporate values and ensure behaviours are incorporated into all workplace activity.

- Demonstrate your awareness of state policy directions in regards to Child Safety, Family Violence screening (MARAM), Mental Health issues and Information Sharing.
- Make referrals to other professionals such as Allied Health services as required.

The Manager People, Safety and Wellbeing is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary and cohesive People, Safety and Wellbeing function in a complex operating environment. The successful incumbent will bring extensive experience in senior People, Culture and Safety leadership roles ideally gained in large and complex operational business involving leadership of professional and specialist teams. As an experienced Human Resources executive, they will have extensive experience building and fostering key trusted organisational and external relationships with staff, leaders, Directors and Executives, as well as unions, delegates, safety organisations, regulators and other key stakeholders. Adept at strategy and influencing outcomes, the incumbent will have proven expertise in navigating the industrial landscape, with experience in leading and executing complex enterprise bargaining agreements as well as representing CoM where required externally.

About the Role & Team:
We are currently looking for a passionate Operations Coordinator to join our Creative City team and facilitate the seamless delivery of innovative arts programs. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our ArtPlay and Signal initiatives, both onsite and online. As the Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of production planning and technical support, ensuring the safe and effective execution of our programs.
Sitting within the Creative City Branch, and in turn the Creative Programs team alongside Arts House, the ArtPlay and Signal programs partner with artists, arts and non-arts organisations to develop, produce and deliver innovative, participatory and multi-art-form programs and experiences with, by and for children, families and young people. The programs are primarily delivered from dedicated Council venues alongside online and “at home” creative offerings.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate closely with Creative Producers, artists, and various stakeholders to oversee end-to-end production planning for new work development. From ArtPlay's New Ideas Lab to Signal's Screen and Sound Commissions, you'll provide the expertise needed to foster experimentation and innovation in contemporary art forms. Your responsibilities will include coordinating production logistics, managing resources, and implementing operational procedures to uphold industry standards and organisational policies.
This role is a temporary full time position that will require you to work weekends and evenings as required from time to time.

The Finance, Rates and Investments Branch provides financial leadership and stewardship for Council. It is an enabling function that assists the organisation deliver on its vision to become a leading organisation for a leading city.
The Corporate Finance Manager manages a complex provision of the Council’s long-term plans and strategic activities, including leading the provision of the Council’s 10 Year Financial Plan and its subsequent refresh, corporate finance and funding activities, corporate finance framework and strategy, investment management, and financial risk management.
The position ensures that Council maximises its return from investment and strategic income portfolio (including beneficial enterprises) and operates within a prudent, sustainable long-term financial parameters.

- Significant experience in Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Investment Management, Investment Banking, Investment Valuations, Financial Modelling, Transaction Advisory, or similar
- Proven financial modelling expertise including the ability to develop and provide framework of best practice 3-way financial models, DCF financial models that consider the appropriate NPV, ROI, and payback period and models for capital management decisions
